If you are not present when the carrier come at your home, DPD will bring it to a DPD Parcelshop. YOu have the possibility to pick it up when you want considering that they have large opening hours and they are mostly open 6 days a week.
If a product doesn't suit you, you can send it back for free (only for European Customers) but it can't be used and the label still need to be attached. The only exception is the underwear for which the return is not possible.
To proceed a return, you have to go on your account and select the product you want to return.
Once the reception is done, we will refund you. If you want another size, please place another order.
